Cow Milk Amish Blue Cheese (1/2 lb)

This blue is made from the raw milk of 100% grass-fed cows. The cultures used are sophisticated and subtle, and the salt is lower than most blues. The rind has a lovely pinkish tone, thanks to the beautiful beneficial microbes that grow naturally on the outside!
