A Heritage Spanish Bronze Turkey is one of a variety of strains of domestic turkey which retains historic characteristics that are no longer present in the majority of turkeys raised for consumption since the mid-20th century.
Not only have these birds been hatched from egg on Double Brook Farm in Hopewell,NJ but they are raised outdoors on grass and in the woodlands their whole lives... just like their wild counterparts.
This pure breed of Heritage Turkey is a Spanish Bronze and is very flavorful and juicy, so be prepared for easy, delicious cooking!
