Grown sustainably in Bordentown, NJ

Grown out side in pots and then transferred to indoor greenhouses in the colder months. These greenhouses are in the Rutgers Environmental Center and are powered by the resulting landfill gas from the adjacent resource and recovery complex. 

• Fukushu are the sweetest, great for cooking or eating raw.
• Calamansi are more tart & better used as lime alternative in meals and drinks.
• Nordmann & Nagami are sweeter but with a bit more tart after taste. Great for eating raw or cooking with. 
• Meiwa are sweet and lightly flavored. Great healthy snack for every pallete.
