What are Short Ribs?
The cut from the end of the ribs between the chuck, plate, & brisket section of a cow. The bones are too short to be sold as good steaks, hence the name Short Ribs!
Braise them, broil them, or slow cook them. Grass fed short ribs have equal parts and flavor of fat to protein, a hard find in pasture raised meat.
